You can apply for the car wash insurance program by downloading the application and sending it back via fax to 417.626.2923 or by emailing carwash@carwashinsurance.com.
Please note: All brokers are required to submit a copy of their agency license and an Errors & Omissions Certificate for verification purposes. Once we bind coverage for your first submission, you will be mailed a broker kit with a Broker Agreement that you will need to complete, sign and mail, fax or email back to us.
